I even asked Danny14 if he was watching him fold and he said yes, read the chat s/s I posted man. The guy not only folded that once, but the second time he folded he just let the clock run out.

I have no clue who that dude is, i had the mediator pm'ing me asking me what to do. I told him that i didnt know since i wasnt there nor did i know what was going on since it was your word vs his, he said he was getting hounded by you guys so i told him to just refund, therefor you didnt LOSE anything and its just the safest decision for me to make

It depends on what you consider a loss, when I win 4k fgs from 2k each all-in and I deserve the entire 4k and I only get my buy-in back I'm out 2k fgs, I'm out the 30-40 minutes I wasted on this bullshit, and also I'm out of trust because even someone medding over me and a trusted person telling him what to do fucked me over and broke the rules.

2k fg isn't really a small amount to me, it's double what you have for fgs so it's not like I'm bitching over 50fg. I'm pissed off because it's the principle this guy can get off the hook with legitly welching me and nothing gets done about it, anyone can abuse this loophole now it's complete bullshit. You NEVER KNOW if you would have won .. i Understand that your angry because of the situation.. But decisions were made on what i felt was the best thing considering i didnt have any REAL PROOF considering i wasnt there.. Now that being said, once i start my grind up again ill support your 2k fg loss considering this was my decision..
