I have just learned how important beers is for a fisherman

You can not fish for hours with so many mosquitos eating you without being relatively drunk

In the process of restoring my 1976 15' Boston Whaler. Getting anxious to finish and get that baby in the water.

Gonna buy a kayak soon. I think I can legally get away with about 12 feet.

NJ law is that it can extend past the last support (end of the tailgate) no greater than two-thirds of the distance of separation of the axles. Assuming I won't fit it under my toolbox and that the axles are about 9 feet apart, I estimate 12 feet to legally haul it.

They have a huge bull red fishing tournament for kayaks only in 2 weeks near here in Grand Isle. I think they had something like 500 people turn out last year and are expecting close to 1000 this year. Pretty awesome sight to see, we randomly went fishing there not knowing there was a tournament last year.

That's suck

12 feet should still be great

I'm getting a sit on top for sure tho...much easier to get on and u can get out of the kayak very easily to fish if there is not alot of water
