Our teams are competing for the most titles in 3 years, and my oldest player is LeBron at age 31.

Guys like Middleton (24), Hood (23), Bismack (23) and especially Okafor (20) all have room for growth. Okafor probably won't see more than ~8-10 minutes a night in year 1 but by year 3, he could be really good. I really think he's unhappy in Philly but has tons of talent if he can work through some of his off the court stuff. But he's my 3rd string center so it's not imperative he takes off, just has a good ceiling as an Al Jefferson type.

So my team definitely has room for growth, and also growth isn't even necessarily the most important thing here, the more important thing is simply how good your guys will be over the next 3 years. My team isn't too young but it also isn't too old.

I really like your team. I agree that they may not get any better, but they're already great as is. I think thats a mistake I made which was drafting too young, 25-27 is probably the prime age for this as you'll get 3 years of their prime.

My thought process on Noel was he would be excellent energy off the bench if bosh plays. Which I believe seals my team as the best in this draft. Just my opinion though. If he doesn't play, Noel can start and can play excellent defense and I love that he can still play vs small 4s. Him and John wall in transition will wreak havoc. I think I have enough offense where Noel can basically be Deandre Jordan on offense. Only time he really touches the ball is on oops. He can focus most of his energy on offensive rebounds and pick and rolls to the basket. With klay wall and cousins I don't really need that offense. I like him personally.

Yep. It would be interesting to do a similar draft but over like a 6 year period or something. Younger guys would be a lot more valuable. But this is only 3 years long, so it's not for that much time and as long as you didn't pick too many important players over like 32 then you should be good.

Did you guys trade? I thought Alex had Wall at one point
