It's the best way to see if you can and to practice techniques you have seen but never tried. You don't have to go 100 miles out to do it either. We are usually within a few miles from my house in case of a real emergency. What I did this week was just refresh a couple guys and taught them a few new tricks, but I enjoy it and get paid so you can't beat that.

Well how did it go?

Awesome!

I got severly burnt on my elbow
I fished 4 hours in rainy cold temperature
I got eaten alive by.mosquitos and different bugs
I got sun burn on my arm and head

And I still loved it and I would go back tomorrow if i could

I wish moose would stfu at night.tho

I caught 8 trout in total and a shit load of smaller minnow...they would bite on big hook.and swollow it all
We had to cut their.head off to get our.hooks back

Proof positive that a bad day fishing is better than a good day working right there!

I'm almost sure I'm going back there(same cabin, different place...a bit more up north) late august...but for 6 days this time
