I havnt really rock climbed in like 8 years, used it for about 3 years during that time and never really ever had the same grip strength again in my life.
during that time, one time when i was drunk i climbed about 20 feet up a tire swing rope, rope was about 1/2 inch but stretched by weight. then i had to climb back down.
probly my best example of my grip strength while i was rock climbing.
I just picked it up again from eastern mountain sports for 8$, REI sells it, you can get it on amazon or other places online, id recommend getting the dark green for the hardest firmness. but you can probly find it or something similar at many rock gyms, maybe some music stores, or if you know any sports shops that sell rock climibing stuff. I just work it with my hanbds when ever im bored, it dosnt make any sound, i can use it at work, i can use it when im driving, i can use it watching tv.
Pretty sick, I'll have to check out a couple places in my area and see if they sell it. Around 8$ is way cheaper then I thought ahaha. I'll have to ask a friend of mine who rock climbs if he knows a place or even heard of this himself.
