Even working abs all day for a year wont fix your stomach.

U need to work out ur abs, but the most important part is cutting down calories because fat covers your abs.
So even if u work abs they wont show unless you lose the fat layer on top, so running and being fit will do more for ur abs than actually working out.
So get running, if u really want to get abs.

Also drink whey protein shakes, whey protein triggers the release of a homone that makes people feel full/less hungry

Either eat less (Right before you are full instead of until your full)
Or drink something before each meal. (like glass of liquid)

I haven't read any of the responses or offer any type of solution....

I'm just throwing this out there..... 100 consecutive situps is hard as fuck and I don't believe you for a second.
