Even working abs all day for a year wont fix your stomach.
U need to work out ur abs, but the most important part is cutting down calories because fat covers your abs.
So even if u work abs they wont show unless you lose the fat layer on top, so running and being fit will do more for ur abs than actually working out.
So get running, if u really want to get abs.
