i will use the same analogy, hopefully you will understand
you are GOING to flip a coin with your friend, the wind is blowing, so you want to wait till its calm, your friend is a fag and flips the coin anyways
a third person joins the table, i get the fuck out of there b4 the hand is dealt, as the blinds where being put down and lag made it look like i waited a couple seconds to him i guess
just got on was heading home from work
your analogy is flawed, because in your example you ASK the person before they flip to wait for the wind to calm
in your poker situation, you did not ask, you LEFT. you claim it was BEFORE the hand was dealt, this is impossible as the med SAW you dealt in, you MAY (or may not) have left before when you BELIEVED the hand was dealt, but fact of the matter is you were dealt, at that point, its already too late to null the agreement of the AI game
in another view of your analogy, the wind is blow, your friend is a fag and flips the coin, he wins, do you have the right to say you're not going to pay up? nope... you agreed on a flip, he flipped, he won, u can't back out AFTER he flips, you can ONLY back out BEFORE he flips
its not lag that made it look like u waited couple seconds then left, the poker software recognizes YOU sitting there, for the hand you're dealt, until the hand is over, at which time you'll appear to immediately leave the table to others (at least im pretty sure thats how it works) - therefore its impossible to prove you ever left, therefore you have no case whatsoever
