They better win the ship soon or that contract is gonna hurt them hardcore

not tradeable

Well you're comparing one of the best contracts in the league to one of the worst and most unique (because the whole reason he was paid was the salary cap situation), but even still, they aren't the same player.

Tristan: played 9,621 minutes last 4 seasons
Davis: played 6,111 minutes last 4 seasons

Tristan: age 25
Davis: age 27

Tristan: 22nd in the league in Win Shares
Davis: 39th

Tristan plays more significantly more minutes on a significantly better team.

Davis is a great player on an incredibly unfair contract so to compare to him doesn't mean Tristan's is terrible, especially when Tristan is the more valuable asset (even if Ed Davis had the better season).

We couldn't sign another player. Signing Tristan to that contract was inarguably the better decision.

Also contract is tradeable.

To who? Someone like philly with a ton of space. But you'll get back nothing.

Contrary to popular belief...... we are not interested in TT nor his contract......

To a playoff team with cap space in need of his skillset, or to a rebuilding team along with assets as a salary offload.

Tbh I like mozgov over TT, better offensively (can shoot) and a much better rim protector
