alot of snicker ice cream bar, hot pocket (pizza or chicken), kfc in the weekend and taco bells m/w/f, on t/thur eat some cheeseburger with fries and a large coke
dont forget the bbq sauce,honey mustard,mayo,ketchup

this diet is super for me, i think it will help you too

you should think about jogging or ciclyng.
that are the typicle leg/hip-fat killers.


btw.: situps are pushing your stomac. so it looks like ure getting fatter, but thats only the muscles that are pushing your fat in front.

well usually depends on the diet your one anything that will build mass and so on like protein in chicken will keep you at a steady weight you have to ignore the urge of eating most of foods that are rich in carbs perty much eat less calories then usual but dont deprive yourself of food water is best substitute not and whey protein or supplements

This. I know it may seem counter-intuitive but these will build up your metabolism ridiculously, and while there may be a bit of weight gain at the beginning, it does wonders for you in the long run. Eventually after like a month or so if you switch off to greens and shit then you'll lose like 20 pounds a week I swear to god this works.

Swimming lowers the temp on your body making you want to eat more. ( do the research)

It does in fact burn calories and running just damages your feet in the long run, but is a good way to burn the fat

Regular aerobic exercise. Be it cycling, walking, jogging, etc. Start at two times per week for at least 30 minutes per session. Up the frequency of sessions (3, 4 or more times per week) and the duration after a couple of weeks if you wish to further increase your fitness rather than maintain it.

And of course, eat healthier.

Jog. Start with what you can do and work your way up as you continue to do it. I've lost about 70 lbs since I started jogging daily. (yeah I used to be pretty hefty).
