This. I know it may seem counter-intuitive but these will build up your metabolism ridiculously, and while there may be a bit of weight gain at the beginning, it does wonders for you in the long run. Eventually after like a month or so if you switch off to greens and shit then you'll lose like 20 pounds a week I swear to god this works.
