Bottom line..

yes he is a welcher...

he followed into ring games to fuck em up.. i was told he was not in the chat.. so there for i went to pm him.. came up with a story that all welchers would like.. then i lay a trick on him..
telling him to type what i said to get free fg.. lol? yeah.. it auto suspends him for 24 hour.. everyone in the chat knew i was saying what i said... i cleared it with them before posting..
