what ever pokerstar ranks second , basically whoever went allin and lost but had more chips than the 3rd person knocked out you split with him. Yes that is the rule. Cause i brought Don into jsp and this is how they do it on pokerstars $

Yup he had QJ and I had KQ on pair of queens.

if two people go out to a third person in the same hand, the person with the lowest chip count will be out of the tournament before the other player
