Well thats what I hunt right now. Has been unusually warm here, like 50 degrees. We usually are ice fishing and shit by now.
Edit: supposedly a big winter storm coming so hopefully we get dumped on and shit freezes up.

Yeah im in KS and up until last night/today it had been 35-66 degrees lol. But that arctic wind came and it snowed last night and been doing it off an on today.

we are supposed to get 8 inches tonight and lake effect until saturady, I am loving it, so easy to track movement of game in the snow compared to when its just leaves to track in.

yup and bambi sticks out better in that white snow

for sure. I have been after the big daddy, I have seen him since season, so I know hes still alive, going to try to figure out where he chills and set up some trail cams in that area.
