BUT MY STOMACH AND HIPS ARE BIG.
WHYYYYYY

help me please. im desperate.
i suck at running. i can only walk for a long term.
The pounds are not just gonna fall off you from working out lightly once a while.
What you need to do to really lose weight is put in some HARD WORK.
Its not supposed to be a fucking breeze, if u cant run, jog as fast as u can until you throw up, than keep running at that pace but know you know how far u can really run, and run that far when you jog!
Also watch your diet, try to get off d2jsp. You have to burn off more calories than you eat. Go to the gym and go on a treadmill that counts calorie loss. Say you eat 3000 calories a day. You need to work out enough to totally burn that off. Looking at the calories lost on a single treadmill run will prove to you how much more activity you really need and how its gonna be harder than a diet coke and yogurt.(most problem with women that cant lose weight, they try to do it without any pain, doesnt matter how much you dont eat your still not gonna burn off those calories. And your body will learn to save fat even more if you just dont eat)(Less cals and more work is the balance)
Dont mean to sound harsh or like an asshole. Im a good guy trying to help you out, it just takes more than a bit of effort, it takes getting into a whole different mind set.
Im the opposite im a hardgainer, i weight 125 pounds and need to get up to 160 for next football season. And to do that i need to work my ass off every day, and get into a totally different mindset.
Ive put on 25 pounds for football before. But and im up 15 pounds from 125 so far, but you really need to find some inspiration to do it, or a real real good motivation(or its never gonna happen).
I worked out every other day for 4 months about a year ago, and drank protein shakes. I put on 2 pounds. It takes total commitment, i didnt only need working out, I needed 3x the calories, the perfect amount of fats, carbs, proteins. A proper workout plan. And weight gain supplements. Thats when i gained the 25 pounds.
Just like how u need more than lifting a few weights and doing a few pushups.
GL bro
