its like bulging. even though i can do more pushups then alot of skinny guys that i know....

i suck at running. i can only walk for a long term.
you got the strenght to do this stuff. but you need a lower body fat. try to eat more good stuff and walk / run / swim as often as u can. that should help you to get in shape
