heres a simple analogy for you

you flip a coin with a friend, the wind blows as the coin is tossed, the wind is an uncertain factor that can help either of you, you lose, then you cry the wind blew
a third player does change your %'s once the cards are dealt, as would any change in any cards you're dealt, thats how poker works - i havn't contradicted anything, the %'s are equally in favour of each of you
