You should know that more than half of Forbes top 50 most valuable sports franchises are NFL teams. World soccer only has like 8 teams in the top 50 while NFL has 30
Football > world soccer and it's not close
It's a dumb comparison.
Handegg is only popular in the US which globally is a rich country.
Football is enjoyed all over the world, but most countries are third world, and the first world countries who enjoy football typically have small populations (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, all combined have roughly the same population as ONE U.S. state; California)
Countries like Brazil, Nigeria, Egypt, Argentina, Mexico etc have huge populations but obviously don't have a lot of money so all the large football clubs are in Europe, i.e. Spain, England, Italy and Germany, which all combined still have a lower population than the U.S.
How many people watch the superbowl each year? 100-150 million? How many people are going to watch the world cup this year? 1+ billion, I guarantee it.
