i suck at running. i can only walk for a long term.
You just need more cardio, running, riding bike, and so on.
Plus watch what you are eating. If you are looking to lose weight you need to be burning as much calories as you are taking in.
If you hate running then your best bet might just be to go to the gym and sit on the bike. Keep the RPM over 75+, if this is to hard to do at first, do it in intervials.
30sec - Above 80 RPM
30sec - keep peddling, not super slow, but not as fast.
Repeat for about 20 mins.
You just need some cardio, also versa climbers, stair stepper.
Stomach workouts.
Lifting weights isnt going to shed off all the unwanted weight on its own,
cardio and dedication is the way to go!
