Sitting out is bm and unfair, and perhaps a rule should be made upon it.
But a win is a win regardless and if someone came second in a don to sitting out then he in essence still wins.
Yes. Like I said, I'm not here to debate whether or not sitting out is BM. As of right now, the way it's set up, he wins.

While there are rules against teaming by sharing hands, there's nothing that says you two can't say, "Hey, let's just steal his blinds evenly until he's eliminated." That's poker. People team up to eliminate the small stacks in real poker to win a better prize by placing higher. You just can't share your hands.
