He was sitting out for a few hands he came back after couple hands he even said in start you guys fight it out now he saw us go all in prob tought hehe gg got this in the bag then he saw we both win cuz he sat out and got all mad and etc..

Sitting out is no different than folding every hand. Why can't people see this? It is not against the rules. What is against the rules, however, is not paying him when he finishes 2nd in a DON. Everyone can cry about BM all they want, and I'm not here to debate that. It's still a welch not to pay.

What Pokerstars says is the law - if u sit out and win u won. period.

While there are rules against teaming by sharing hands, there's nothing that says you two can't say, "Hey, let's just steal his blinds evenly until he's eliminated." That's poker. People team up to eliminate the small stacks in real poker to win a better prize by placing higher. You just can't share your hands.
