I've been trying to avoid this thread for quite some time, hoping the situation would resolve itself. However after 10+ PMs and seeing this on the front page literally every time I view the Sports Coliseum, it doesn't look like its going to happen.

Here are some things to consider;

If you send the FG to a med, and say you are ready in chat, these things are assumed;

You have your filter set
You have enough chips to join the SNG
Any other settings would be ready

Because you joined the game, and from what I can tell had NO connection issues / PS issues other then you were 'Sitting Out', the final decision is keMz Auto Loses.

All-Ins are well known and very popular, it is also well known that it is All-In FIRST hand, if you fold for whatever reason, you lose. This situation has come up several times and the verdict has ALWAYS been the same. If you cannot come to a different agreement, the game is All-In FIRST hand.

Because of this, Tetsuo is automatically the winner.

HOWEVER;

I have to question Tetsuo's choices here. If you were sitting out the entire time, and within that 1 minute time frame before the hands were dealt he didn't ask you whats going on, it seems that he wanted this to happen?

I'm not going to pass judgment, however it seems fairly obvious whats going on here.

Reguardless, heres there verdict;

The mediator in question (Danny14) did not make the final decision, ViCtim did. ViCtim made a judgment call on what information he was provided. I have talked to him and completely understand the situation he was in. He was rushed and from what he could tell, sending the FG back was fair.

Let this be a reminder of why Active's, are active users of the Poker Forum, not Trusted / Mediator. The reason that this entire situation has happened is because you used an Active as a Mediator. I won't get into details, but I know for a fact there were multiple Trusted / Mediator's on at this time, instead you guys used an Active. There will be a post of new rules shortly explaining WHY this is no longer going to be happening.

Ultimately, Tetsuo is owed 2,000 Forum Gold. VicTim has agreed to pay this and I trust his word.

Tetsuo, consider this a loan with no time frame of pay back. VicTim will pay you when he gets a chance, don't even think about harassing him for the FG, you will get it.

On another note, I urge keMz to take responsibility and pay the 2k that is owed instead of VicTim being out of 2k. Unfortunately I cannot make you pay it, however having other people pay your debts seems like a dick move.

No one will be Welcher Listed. No one will be Paid-Back Welcher'd. No one will be Blacklisted. Consider this manner resolved and stop bumping this topic with your retarded arguments.
