There aren't many adult leagues after college and high school (there are many flag football leagues but you won't find too many actual tackle football leagues)

The reason for that is, to play a good solid football game, you need to practice,

and when i say practice, i don't mean like soccer where you just need to practice once a week and you will be fine
you have to practice almost everyday because its much more complicated than soccer and also relies much more on teamwork
A full-time working adult won't have nearly enough time to actually play organized tackle football
