And i'm saying the rule makers should implement a new rule, which would allow mediators to pay back their welches with the fg sent upfront. It should be clearly stated somewhere though, maybe in the poker manual.

It's unfair to only allow this one case to get special treatment. Toystory and commisso are friends, if he was just did this for him, it would be corruption, cause we know he wouldn't do this for a random that got welched.

There was a user that "borrowed" fg from people for use on the poker forums. He didn't get locked for that. Instead he got locked for being a multi.

Either way, if you get upfront money from someone and use it differently then it's intended purpose, then that is still done at the other users risk. They will not lock for that at all. Try posting a s/a regarding this and it won't happen.

Whats with D2 trades? Someone sends the FG first, if you're a scammer, you're gonna run with it.

Aint this the same situation? Toystory received the fg, asked if it was legal to give it to the welched user.

I know you can't get someone locked for loaning someone fg and him not repaying his debt. It's at your own risk, but there it's not a loan. I think this is what you missunderstood.
