Its nice to see people that met on a hockey forum going on crazy fishing trips like that

Had a pretty bad season st laurent and rdp rdmi but its been the same for almost everyone it seems <_<

I have been fishing...well...paddling for 6 hours
I may have fished for 2..
I caught a sturgeon with a medium power rod....i managed to land it
i was fucking surprised
It act like a rock but it keep getting away with more line
So its not a rock but theres nothing you can do to get it up to the surface
I was not targetting it at all..i hook it by his tail

sorry for the bad picture but he was moving non stop and as I have said..I wasn't targetting sturgeon at all
it's actually my first sturgeon ever and the only way I knew how to hold it is by his tail and then you can grab his body with the other hand
the problem is..my jig was hook to his tail so grabbing it was a no no as it was moving alot..
anyway..here it is!

I'm going back tomorrow morning
I forgot to mention, I also hook a few walleye last week but that sturgeon was amazing
I actually caught a walleye while I was waiting for my pizza to be delivered o.o

I caught about 40 walleye at reservoir Gouin. and managed to break my face too. my nose is a mess. fell in a boat head first. alcohol might have been in cause.

moved to BC for a while and all i can catch in the pond where i am camping at is baby trout from 4" to about probably if i am lucky 15"
some cat fish
some sun fish
rarelllllyyy ever catch bass and if you do its just tiny.... 5"
lol so not much for me here
