this is the combo I made my friend bought to go fishing
I don't remember what reel he ended up buying but anyway

the vendetta is like...the best rod you can get under 100$
I can not say enough about it
I've own one for a few weeks before returning it because a 7th rod was useless at that time....but it would be just as sensitive, just as powerful as my rapala shift, my saint croix premier and my fenwick aetos..which are all rods in the 200$ range

I just recently got my first bass on a pad crasher. So I'm still experimenting with them. I have a pack of tunes but havnt figured out how I like to rig them up yet. I've seen both skirt up and down but not sure which works better.

i have been suggested a Dobyns Fury 703, and a Powell Inferno by 2 of my friends that do turny fishing, both about 110$ each and then a few have said Shimano Sedona reel

I have never heard of these rods before today
but I would still recommand the vendetta over any rod if you plan to spend less then 100$ for it
it is so sensitive...so powerful

for me..it is the ultimate rod under 100$
no doubt in my mind
the only ''problem'' with it
..it is just a lil bit heavier then the rods I use daily.. but it is nothing horrible too.. I think it is like 1/2 to 3/4 ounce heavier then my aetos
and the balance is a lil bit off because it is made to match a certain abu garcia reel

otherwise...I have nothing to complain about it..I would have kept mine but I already had better rods



e: only a few more days before my fishing trip with deslouise
meanwhile..i'm already planning my next fishing trip which should be in mid august
