I'm looking at different cabins

it is not for now
probably 3-4 years+ ...until I can get a decent pay at my future job
but it does give me an idea of the market

I'm seeing some for 10-15k ..which I could buy right now if I wish to, but I'm picky as hell haha
there must not be any neighbours close, etc

This has been in my family for over 100 years. The cabin was built by my relatives 70 years ago. 11 brothers and cousins sold all their land and possessions in Wisconsin and pooled their money and bought a square mile and divided it up and logged it off and settled it and started a new life. Most of that land is still in my family, and much more has been purchased through the generations and offspring etc. I'm related to everyone for like 20 miles around it seems or they are related to someone I'm related to by marriage. We have a family campgrounds about 2 1/2 acres with showers and bathrooms and rv hookups, even a family cemetery on the property with a couple civil war veteran relatives of mine. It's pretty cool really. I will fix the place up and try to pass it on to my kids.

I have been painting this room/cleaning it for the past month whenever I have free time

I have finally move in into

I'm planning to do a lil display with my fishing gear, poles, lures, etc on a wall

so I finally got all my motors and sonar out



it's gonna look good once everything is in place

Hell yeah man! I wish I had a place to put all my stuff out on display, stay single is my advise...LOL

my friend had a gf....she had him removed all his fishing gears within the first week
he told her it was over within 3 weeks

one of my friend I've known since I'm 3 years old...his gf won't let him come fish with me(the timing is allway wrong, etc etc) while my other friend dumped her gf because of the fishing issue

that 1st dude is a real fisherman xD

my best friend isn't so much of a fisherman I guess

he used to talk me about pikes and walleye when we were like 8 years old

Yeah, my first wife was a pain in the ass bitch who didn't like me doing anything fun that didn't include her. My new wife (been together 14 years now, I guess not so new anymore) lets me have my space and doesn't mind cleaning fish or gutting a deer and helping me process it. She will go out and hunt and fish too, but doesn't expect to go when my friends and I go unless I ask her. She let's me hang mounts and shit and dont mind a bunch of fishing shit on the front porch too much either, I think I'll keep her.

She is a keeper for sure.
