Going to go out tomorrow for pan fish and bass, next weekend is more salmon. I can't wait.

I didn't catch a thing in 4 hours. I ended up going for pike casting rooster tails and daredevils mainly. Pike is fish of the week at the bait shop so if you catch the biggest one, you win a $50 gift certificate so I always try a day for the fish of the week. My buddie caught about 8 nice speckled bass, but they really weren't biting too good. Looking forward to going up on the Pierre Marquette for Salmon next weekend.

I went to my secret musky lake today, probably the last time foshing this season, spent 3 hours on the water, caught 1 musky, which is ok. The lake has a large population of muskies, but most of them are about that size, never seen one over 6-7 pounds, even though i know they're in there.

haha, this is a very difficult lake to access, my friend's grandma has a cottage next to it which is why i was able to go, but this friend has been living in china for the past 4 years. He's only in vacation here for a few weeks. I know his dad, but yeah.. lol

Also... I saw so many people fishing, it was scary. I hope they don,t actually keep all the fish they caught, or else this could turn into a disaster considering the lake is pretty small.
