I am just a dumb old carpenter. I'm building back up now, you should have seen all the shit I had before the housing market collapsed in 2008. I basically sold all my toys to try to keep from losing my house, but that variable rate mortgage got me in the end. I just got a truck on Monday, not new but new to me and nice enough for me but not too nice that I wont want to take it off the beaten track to go hunting and fishing.

I would be very surprised to go up north again this year
but who knows what could happen :ph34r:

next year I'm planning on doing a trip all around Quebec, like spending a whole week on the road doing different fishing spot/lakes
I may also go on Mistassini lake..a buddy of mine have a friend with a bass boat
reservoir gouin would be awesome, another buddy of mine has a cabin there and deslouise is also going there every year iirc o.o
and ofc I wanna buy my damn kayak

and ofc doing another 50 mini fishing trips during the summer

It shouldnt be that bad

Reservoir gouin wont cost much if i go at my buddy's cabin
All i would need to pay is my food and part of the gas and some alcohol for everyone as a "ty to bring me here"

Mistassini lake would only cost me acamping spot...gas for the boat and cars...and ofc alcohol

The road trip tho should be really expensive lol
Ima be eating on the road...renting lakes...camping...cabin..what ever we need or feel like doing

We will see...its for next year only
