That's cute and all, but "about to catch" and actually catching are two different things.

Cousins 22 Pound Red Snapper

My 28 Pound Red Snapper

Edit - was over Memorial Day Weekend, 20 miles off the Daytona Beach Shores. 3 Mile Limit (Anything for Red Snapper past 3 miles offshore is STRICTLY Catch and Release), so we let them go, of course.

We werent really hunting them, but took a break from trolling the waters and they decided to bite. Nasty little fighters.

nice little memorial day there

Pike on a rubber worm? Nice. I rarely get them to hit on anything but minnows.

Pickerel are caught like crazy over here in Eastern MA. Sometimes it's the only thing I catch

One time i thought I caught a real big fish. It was just a small one then a big bass caught the small one that i caught. I was so happy until the big fish let go and the small fish came back and almost hit me in the face.

that happened to too.. had a walleye hooked on its belly somehow and i was reeling it in, there was a huge splash and it got heavier. I reeled it in and saw the head of a northern pike, the head ites was like 8 inches long.. it got close t shore and then let go and swam off
