awesome, some of the rivers around here are just... the water's as brown as my freaking poop no kidding. only some though, mostly in cities, other ones are just fine. but yeah. not the same look. I swear I catch fish in one particular river that look sick, no color, poor fishies seem to have 8 different cancers. I also always wonder how they managed to see my lures. That's why I mostly fish with worms in there, it smells, so they can detect it.
Fish can sense vibrations and disturbances in the water, I think that's how they do it. Most of the streams and rivers here are clear like that. I have drank from most of them and never got sick either. There is a lake about a mile from my house you can see the bottom down to about 40-50 feet. It's so cool to see the big fish swimming around down there even if they don't bite
