And that floor routine from Biles yesterday

idk if she's the best ever, but she's definitely far better than the ones I remember seeing in the past 3-4 Olympics.

Ryan Lochte and the American liars?
Mixed reports over who said what.

Ryan leaving the country asap and the other 3 won't even file a report
Video footage of them arriving at the Olympic village in the highest of spirits after just having a gun to his head LOL.
Who gets robbed in Rio and leaves with their phone and their watch?

Pleaseeee bro

Idk bro, making up a gunpoint robbery seems extreme. As a person who has been robbed at knifepoint twice and has had a gun pointed in his face once before, I can tell you that people handle it differently. Doesn't always rattle you. Doesn't mean that your coping mechanism isn't to laugh it off especially with friends. Maybe making light of it is what you convince yourself of to keep your sanity.

I actually believe them. I think the Rio government is nuts for taking away their passport access. "Hi welcome to our country for the Olympics, oh and we now decide when you come and go."

Of course anything is possible at this point...
All we know so far is that 2 of them have spoken, and they both have said different things.
One claimed a single robber, the other multiple. That's already a bad start....
2 are yet to say anything.
The robbers also really wanted his cash and not his watch and phone?

And the other being that they were robbed at gunpoint and none of them seemed to be phased by this at all when arriving at the village. American strong.

The russian synch swimming duo seems to get even more perfect in every Olympic event. Today's performance was amazing, I was surprised they didn't win by a larger margin.

i'm pretty sure i was just as amused about you watching that stuff 4 years ago but i forgot. i just now accidentally watched 2 minutes of it after the hockey match... that stuff is so weird... they were doing some kind of human crab impression or something...

It amazes me how they manage to pull off these stunts on a swimming pool, and with such perfect coordination. I find it fascinating to watch... it looks really difficult. I only started watching this in Beijing because Spain had an amazing team and we had previously beaten the unbeatable russians in a routine during the european championship (making the press go wild)... and I've been hooked ever since, watching it every 4 years.

Today was the team final and the russians nailed it once again with another impressive performance. They're so perfectly synchronized... might post a video of the routine if I find it on YouTube.

idk, there are many other sports I prefer watching over synchronized swimming, but I still really enjoy watching it. I feel the same way towards gymnastics (artistic and rhythmic I actually prefer over sync swimming; trampolining not so much but I still like it).
