I think a lot of people are underestimating how hard it is to hit a 90+mph two seam fastball that moves while going 90mph past you. At the pro level fastballs don't sit still in the zone.
the NFL SKILL WISE isn't incredibly hard i would say. It's just a rare combo of SIZE SPEED and SKILL. Hockey, i could agree with that being the hardest and i've only ever done a few stick and shoots. I would probably say
1.Hockey
2.Golf , yes because even though the ball does not move at all, it is hard as fuck to get it to where you want to go. The average Golfer shoots in the 90s on EASY courses. Pros shoot in the 60s on impossible courses. My friends who play 4x a week still only shoot 70s on a good day.
3.Baseball. Back to hitting a two seam fastball. go look up the sports science on youtube.
4. Football, there is a degree of skil linvolved in catching and throwing a football. I would say more so than shooting a basketball. while size helps in football it is a definitive factor in...
5.Basketball. Lets face it, even when we were 8 years old we could make lay-ups. Can you say the same for any other sport?
Yes you can.
Sadly just making a lay up, just shooting in a goal, just catching a pass etc. is not playing professionally. I never played golf competitively but I think it is worthy of being on the list as well.
