You deserve every bit of what is gonna happen to you
And watching bear gryll isnt gonna help you a bit because 90% of the things he do such as jumping off a cliff...hiking stupid high rocks/mountain...jumping from 20 feet high and landing with a god damn tree branch....are for pro/only for the show..try to do it and it will end up to be even worse for you

Bear Grylls is a great guy.

He also has a newish special on youtube where he takes out different celebrities in survival situations which I really enjoyed.
