Uhhhh

Do you even snowboard?

Bindings are kind-of required.

Step in bindings are garbage lol

I trash bindings every time I ever used them, they get weak and eventually wont stay locked. Maybe for some 100 lb kids they are fine, but not for a full sized man. I trashed a set in like 2 months, didnt even get a full season out of them. I like click ins better.Yes I have snowboarded a bunch of times, I have 2 resorts within a half hour drive of my house.I'm about 215 lbs and go hard on the hills and plastic bindings dont last.

this lol.. I went over 100 days last season(perk of living 2 miles from a resort in CO) using rome 390's and had no issues, I've been snowboarding for 5 seasons with over 250 days using a variety of bindings and never had an issue once, step in bindings are trash and thats why nobody uses them. if you get cheap plastic bindings from target then yes they will break, if you get a decent set of bindings like romes, unions or mid-high end burtons you won't have any issues.

also I'm far from easy on my gear, and I am not no 100 lb kid, I weigh 175-180. typically with snowboarding gear you get what you pay for, to an extent anyway. buy cheap ass 50$ bindings and yea they arent gonna last for shit. buy some bindings from a respectable company and if you break them you are doing something wrong.
