you should really go outside and figure out what real sports are

sounds like your confused lol

an abuse here it was completely dead in about 15 seconds

perfect shot hit both lunges and heart

Real sports are football (soccer), rugby (NFL), basketball, etc. I don't see the attraction of killing animals.

i'm sorry my post got you so upset.

i'm not saying ALL hunters are cruel sadists or rednecks with manhood issues. i'm just saying it's not a "sport", that's all.
you stated before that you're good. if that's true, the animals you hunt don't have to suffer - that makes you a skilled hunter and i totally respect that...

so please calm down, because you're the one being ignorant here...

Hunting is considered a "sport" along with a "hobby" there's just no teams. But like i said i love jsp ignorance ive had several ppl message me talking shit lol its funny.

If you dont know how to hunt, dont want to hunt, dont understand hunting then thats fine dont look at hunting threads. Ya feel me?

but srsly i had a good amount of ppl last year posting pics and just wanted to touch base with some of them again but obvly their no here or w/e so as said b4 thread can die.

well "no teams" was never my point. golf, swimming and tennis also have no teams but they're still sports. hunting however has no competition between 2 or more sides who CHOSE to participate and have equal chances of winning.
and since you're so comfortable with calling people ignorant here are some examples of ignorance:

- saying "it's considered a sport by some so it is one" without even thinking about what "sport" actually is.
- assuming people who don't agree with you "don't understad" what you're talking about.

Well, guys like me and Raley hunt to put meat on the table.
We don't hunt for antlers, those are just a plus.
I'd post my two but one has no skin and the other has half legs.

Both small bucks.
One is missing an antler- probably from one of those "unskilled hunters" you spoke of.

I value your opinion but I don't look at it so much as a sport as I do a way to feed people.
I keep two and the rest I donate.

I got 8 or 9 last year and processed them all fully into burger except the straps and donated it to a food pantry.
I like to help.

Tell the children who were eating my kills last year it's not fair and they'll laugh.

It's good for everyone except the animal.
The animal doesn't usually feel pain when I shoot it I would say 89% fall dead instantly.

The other 11% bleed out within minutes.

Nice kill Raley.

oh well, i have to admit i didn't look at it that way since this thread was posted in the sports subforum. see, coming from a 1st world country i just didn't consider the possibility of people who obviously have access to the internet, having to hunt animals to put food on the table.
you see, hunting for that reason is completely acceptable and i'd never say it's not fair or anything, that was just a remark for those who consider it a sport...

As long as you eat the animal and you're good at shooting, hunting is fine.

lol bro people who dont eat what they kill or donate what they kill or reuse the left overs for baiting other animals should be hunted imo.

but the whole sports thing to each is their own .... but i know i have to go to sporting good to buy my ammo and other hunting related items. just sayin

here is what i assume majority of people dont understand hunting/trapping animals such as but not limited to Coyotes, bobcats, Raccoon, Wolves, fox and mountain lions because you dont not eat them (Some do eat coon such as my self) or any other reason many of ppl disagree with hunting.
but These animals and many more are over populated and dont have enough room for them to truly live the way they should with humans constantly building and expanding cities. With out hunters you end up with animals so overly populated they start to starve, diseases spread faster and occur for frequently cause slow painful deaths to the animals. Just like when we have very light winters Darwin's survival of the fittest goes out the window because mother nature isn't testing the animals and getting rid of the week ones. Also several of the listed animals hunt and kill the animals we do eat such as but not limited to turkey, moose, elk, and deer. I have seen and watched 2 Coyotes eat a fully mature male deer alive eating the anus and hine-corners 1st but i accept this as a natural event even tho the deer suffered the whole time until finally bleeding to death. ( same thing goes for packs of wolves but they will kill fox and coyotes for fun/ to protect their territory)

Now on the ones we dont eat such as but not limited to turkey, moose, elk, deer, and bear. Many people think these animals are cute and fun to watch and i would say you are correct my favorite thing to do is off season of hunting is to hike the areas i like to hunt. A to see the new game trails B to see the animals with no pressure from humans C to just have fun in the out doors. But with that said these animals destroy crops which make farmers lose out on their means of survival. Many of these animals are so overly populated that we hit them with cars and kill them that way and cost us money and or a loss of a family member.

This isn't a sport, it's called an act of weak humans slaughtering helpless animals in an act of frustration over their inferior social status with unhappiness involving their current lives.

Sickening.

How is hunting even remotely close to a sport

Its a human with a gun going up against a defenseless deer. There are thousands of deer murdered every year because sick people like you gain entertainment from it because there is nothing better to do in your pathetic lives than to sit in the woods for hours and monitor a location. I hope it warms your heart to know there are tons of babies out there who no longer have parents because of this "sport"

It is disgusting watching grown man brag on the internet about their kill of something helpless and defenseless

Have you never watched Bambi? How can a man be so heartless?
