Well, either the ceremony was horrid or nbc ruined it/cut stuff with so many commercials.
After the opening scenes it all went downhill

i enjoyed it
but with all those commercials every 5 min for 3 min it would be boring for sure ;/

doesnt compare to chinas opener

beautiful ceremony. only time you see all the countries smiling/ getting along

I enjoyed it too, at least the first 'acts" if you will.However it felt all over the place after that. It went from the meadows to the industrial era showing how Britain spearheaded the industrial revolution that changed the entire world, to then a bunch of nonesense; nurses and kids on beds, to a giant Voldemort, to a lot of of mary poppins flying, to giant freaky baby, to some teenage love story right out of disney channel or something

how the fuck does all that tie together in any way with the olympics?
