0500 - wake up for a morning 2 mile run and some light cardio.
0700- Shower/breakfast
0800 - DDP yoga
1100 - teach a beginners Krav Maga class at the gym. This is only twice a week though, otherwise I'm off doing something random
1800 - dinner/shower
0200 - usual time I lay down, depends on how I'm feeling or if we decided to go to the bar.
All the unaccounted time is off doing things that arent done at specific times everyday.
I highly doubt that a typical day consists of 3 hours of sleep.
