If the only thing on your bindings that is broken is the strap then its a very easy fix. You can buy a new strap for cheap and replace it in two minutes with a screw drivers. Straps are gonna break and need to be replaced some times, it happens.
If your bindings are just generally crappy and you just want to upgrade them I'd recommend Ride's. I've been rocking the same pair of Ride EX bindings for about 6-7 years and they still work great. I had to replace a couple straps but besides that nothing else has ever broken on them. I'm not sure on which model to get, I havn't gotten into researching bindings yet. I'll prob upgrade mine for next season finally but i blew my equipment budget on a new board this season.
