Speed of technology just means you need more speed to keep up. Playing woods ball against 98customs is still fun, but trying to out play 30 balls per second is also fun.

Ive never owned a high end gun, but i can hold my own fairly well with my ion. Then again they are kinda frowned upon it seems. Mine hasnt let me down, but i havent had a chance to shoot it since i got my new body and hollow point bolt
I would go for a DM, they have always appealed to me, and if i actually played as much as i would like to id probably invest in one

I personally don't like the "lagoon" color scheme. And 655 isn't that good of a price for an 09 at all. You can get ego10/x's for that.

Yeah ions are kinda viewed as shit, but I mean if you up yours and it shoots nice just rope the shit out of some smack talkers and I bet they'd stop.

I have shot an ion and it was absolute shit, but the kid who owned it had never even cleaned it so I can't blame it on the gun.

My first gun I used often was a PMR that shot amazing.
My first gun I bought was a PM7 that me and my buddy teched and it was seriously the best shooting PM I have ever seen. I let someone who now plays on assault (you should know who they are) borrow it when his ego8 went down and when he gave it back he said it was the nicest shooting gun he's ever used.
Then I sold it and bought an ego7. Absolutely loved it, and it shot great. Gave into peer pressure from my team who all were shooting dm8s and traded it because they said it was "too loud". Traded for a dm7 and got dicked over, thing was so fucked up.

I am still thinking about dropping the money for a luxe 1.5 and selling it for profit, then picking up a nice nt/dm10/ego10/g6r

I'd be happy with a dm7/ego7 though that shot like my old ego did.

Damn kids are so rich now days.

My friends, and i got bored last week, and bought a bunch of pump action guns from Walmart.

The cold, and the fact that eveyone had a shitty pump action makes it wayyy fun.

I remember playing with some 14 year kid with an Angel, and he just shot us all fucking up multiple times.

It spits way to many rounds. fuck.

It's not about being rich. It is about budgeting and saving.

It's an expensive sport, but you can afford items if you're smart about it.

For the kids who play who don't have jobs yet- I would assume they are asking for some of these items for christmas/birthdays.

Yeah it's definitely not cheap. My buddy has a luxe 1.5. I just couldn't imagine shooting a 1500 dollar gun. I'd be scared to slide with it in my hand.

Honestly, your best bet is to stick with pbnation. I just picked up another gun (Black/Blue G6R) and I get it on friday i believe. Thing is gonna rip.

/e Also look for threads on nation like, "NEED TO SELL ASAP", and stuff like that, cause i picked up a dm10 for $490 (Unbelievable) and resold it for $635.

It's really not worth $1500, you can buy one on pbnation for $750-800...sp went out of business so they are worth diddly squat



Do not get a mini. They have terrible fsdo, and for the $400 you spend on a new one or however much they overcharge for them, you could just get an ego8 that will be 100x better and require much less maintenance.
