my friend just got the goproHD..she loves it. just needs to get an upgraded SD card to hold more footage. theres a higher end one that does wide angle but idk if thats really worth the jump in price. also countour makes a quality camera. for both you need to get an ideal mounting kit though since the stock one isn't hte most versatile. hope this helps.

well it might somewhere, but why not ask people who already have it

yea i tihnk you need to start it up on ur own. the buttons are usually big enough and are elevated so they pop down wihtout having to put a ton of pressure on them. or they are on a dial that click over to record.

or buy a camera and have someone record instead

it kinda depeds on ur helmet too. or you could get the mount kit that comes with the rod that attaches to the cam so you can hold it out in front or behind you
