I read this in a magazine somewhere... you should swim... have like a proper session.. do 2 laps, get out of the water, do 10-30 push ups, 10-30 sit ups.. rest 30-45 secs and repeat this about 10-15 times... burns killer calories

i heard that as well, swimming is one of the best form of cardio, since it works out your entire body, also look into cycling too
and as many said on here cut out sodas, refined foods, and drink plenty of water

minimum 45 minutes of jogging, just push out the minutes dude,

if you say i dont like runnin, if you say i cant do it.... you wont lose the weight

it actually takes some initiative and some get off your ass, to drop weight.

stick to a good diet, hit weights in the morning, and do runs shortly after your supper, before bed

Hell with Diet just run, workout, the most important part is stay active!
I mean Diets are nice but not very practical for alot of people; unless you are eating out every night u should be ok!!

this...diet and exercise....low impact training......ummm you can go to youtube and get the p90x ab workout its simply the best not easy but the best

first burn fat (running / swimming / etc) THEN train muscles^^
