he plays safety and receiver, i dont think he starts yet so he shuffles in at either or when they need him, but after our first year of college, when i saw him i shit my pants
he put on like 30lbs of pure muscle probably more, and cut his 40 time by ~.3 seconds, he told me he just really hits the weight room(mostly bench/squat/powercleans/ab workouts)
depends what position you play too, for speed he really works his legs, lunges are incredible if you do them right
