No he couldnt. on tv here they explained today it doesnt work that way. Maybe a little faster than his 9.69 but the difference wouldnt have been that big.

actually they did a heap of tests on his velocity, start up speed peak speed etc and it was a 9.59ish time.

Its crazy how bad his starts are, if he gets it right then yeh 9.40 is not out of his reach.

I just feel sorry for Tyson, in any other general he would be a world record holder, a champion and probably be remembered as one of the greatests.
