Well yeah he was locked, but he said he gave the FG to a friend to hold cuz he was likely to have his new account banned.. which did end up happening. Everybody was saying how trustworthy Phil was, so I loaned him 1.5kfg for a payback of 2k.. I hope he's honest to his word.
