from what ive read your actually not allowed to play with blacklisted players meaning all the games u play with him dont actually count.... meaning he doesnt have to pay you anything only because your blacklisted.... that doesnt make him a welcher just some 1 who beat the system... next time dont welch people and you wont have this problem.... on that note is there any way to get off the blacklisted list? if there is i suggest you working your ass off to doing that so you can play again.. hope this helps
