ive been restarting every 15 mins, i keep getting the msg "online play unavailable"

Thats a different issue than what you stated before most people are now were you are at.

apologies that msg is the reason im stuck in the char select screen, ive been keeping up to date with the current updates LE is releasing about playing but theres no timeline atm right. just have to wait and see
