Considering that the process will require each person to have the same reputation level to trade the item and they will also be required to have the correct ingame gold amount to buy the listed item. I could see people selling legendary items for low amounts of ingame gold and then sell them here for higher amounts of FG. However if the bazaars work the way I think they will the trade should be seemless as long as the item is listed in the Bazaar and you meet the requirements to buy the item. So are the Bazaars first come first served on the item?

i think u can just sell items directly face to face, only items that are tagged cannot be traded and once a item is traded once, it gets tagged

Beta didn't have favor or resonance.

Player to player trade will have the same costs/favor tax associated with it as the market.
Gifting requires resonance.

Though, I do not see these as walls, more of an obstacle.
We need to see how favor plays out, and gold sinks to come to a conclusion on if jsp will be as viable as everyone here is hoping.

The nitty gritty has been kept under lock and key from the devs.

This is all I got on the mitigation of RMT/d2jsp devs classefied d2jsp as RMT.
So we will see at the end of the day how this pans out. Of course every dev is going to say this, we'll see if it holds it's weight.
