Only paid programs will work faster. If I were you, I would watch all sorts of videos on YouTube with a comparison of video conversion programs. I would choose the one that will have a user-friendly interface and, of course, fast.

I've already figured it out, I found a website with reviews and ratings of video conversion programs. Almost all programs have a free version or a free trial period. I've tested a few, at the moment movavi will be the best. It converts one episode of anime lasting 25 minutes, about 40-50 seconds, about less than a minute. Here's their site if anyone needs it. The online version is completely free, 24 formats are available for video conversion.
