I want the english dub version
wondering what sites are legit/safe? I looked on crunchyroll and it has case closed, but i couldn't figure out how to switch it to english dub? it was in japanese by default.

I also tried funimation but couldn't find case closed on it

do yourself a favor and just watch Subbed.

out of the 1000+ episodes of Detective Conan only like 130 or something like that are English dubbed.
if i recall i think i've seen them on amazon prime video (used to be on funimation but they lost the rights)
