I watched some of this forever ago, then dropped it like 40ish episodes in. Now that the wife is into anime and scraping the bottom of the barrel for good shows to watch, she's interested in this one, but I wasn't sure if I should invest the time alongside her, or just play videogames while she's watching it lol.

Is it a good show worth actually watching? If so, what would you compare it to, or what would you rate it?
How is Hallow? Does it just wrap up the original series, is it a continuation, more faithful to the manga, or what?
Is it your typical Shonen with little to no consequences?

Any opinions/info would be appreciated, please no spoilers.

Yeah I liked this show when I was younger.
Too bad the anime's ending isn't too great but it's fine.
Hallow is just a continuation but again, it doesn't that well iirc. I just wanted more AND MORE

I started reading the manga, although the chapters get released very slowly or not at all, it's pretty fun to know what happens after the anime
