I haven't really had an anime that I've watched recently and I'm wondering what's new to dip my toes into.
Just throw me any names of decent/great shows from the last year, I'm not bothered with genre.
I'll sift through them as I get them and weed out what I won't watch. :)
Cheers

Yu Yu Hakusho

Would be a good watch, even though it is a bit dated.
Story about a teenager getting struck by a truck and died, but had the chance to come back to life and become a "demons & apparitions" detective.

https://myanimelist.net/anime/season/2020/fall
https://myanimelist.net/anime/season/2020/summer
https://myanimelist.net/anime/season/2020/spring

notable first seasons include jujutsu kaisen, mushoku tensei and horimiya
most of the other good ones are sequels to existing anime so you might have to catch up on more than the recent releases
i didnt watch either of these im just basing it on the score on myanimelist, hope it helps anyway

I've watched Demon Slayer, and I'm about to start reading it.
Dorohedoro had an animation style that bothered me, so I couldn't get into it.

I watched that one a few years back, I thought the series was good until the ending. It just ended in a way that didn't sit right with me.

Throw whatever at me, I just specified recent because I haven't watched any from this last year

I haven't watched these ones, but I also haven't been drawn to either one.
I heard God of High School is just the same thing over and over, which turned me off.

I was actually interested in Mushoku Tensei, but it's not on Crunchyroll.
I'll check out your anime lists as well

Haven't re-watched Yu Yu Hakusho in a decade, completely forgot the ending of it.
Should probably revisit it soon to see whether it still has the same impact on me.

If I remember correctly, it was just so abrupt. I think the last arc ended and then they didn't really tie anything up. They sort of left a lot open and unfinished (again, if I remember that correctly, it's probably been since about 2013/14 for me as well
