is safe? also how to watch english dub anime? I don't see an option for english dub anywhere on any anime they have

yes it's safe and legal.

most series are not dubbed. however there is a list of dubbed if you're interested:

CR doesn't do dub really, they've got like a handful of dubbed shows at best.

Yes, all the huge sites are safe lol.... it's the same as using hulu or netflix. What weird questions.
